We met friendly professional employees.
The room we had included climate control, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The accommodation had a central location very close to the main square.

The staff was friendly professional and very very helpful, so I would want to stay there again. It was just next door to cafes that did n't open until 10am on Sunday, and the centre of lovely Vicenza, incredible location overall. Plus it was a couple of blocks away from Basilica Palladiana...
